Preferred Corporate Suites has opportunities in the following areas:

Full-Time Opportunities:

Relocation Coordinator
As a Relocation Coordinator, you will identify and market to potential clients and corporations in both inside and outside sales.  This position involves scheduling appointments, presentations, and property tours.  Additionally, you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure that client needs are met through leasing, operations, and customer service.

Customer Service Representative
Position involves processing of lease contracts, data entry for new accounts, handling phones, and other administrative assistance.  This position involves telephone contact with clients and involvement with our sales, operations and accounting departments.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Duties include overseeing accounts receivable, utilizing our specialized accounting database.  This includes invoicing current clients and facilitating collections for those accounts that are past due.  Client contact is required in handling accounting questions and requests.

Accounts Payable Coordinator
Duties include overseeing accounts payable, utilizing our specialized accounting database.  This includes making all payments to vendors.  Some client and vendor contact is required when addressing accounting questions and requests.

Operations
Everyday tasks in operations include scheduling all vendors to set up our corporate housing.  In addition, this position requires the ability to organize utility set ups for all of our corporate suites.

Quality Control Specialist
Responsibilities include setting up and decorating our fully furnished corporate apartments.  This includes delivering household items to our corporate suites, signing apartment contracts, and performing a quality control review prior to our customer's arrival.  Additional customer service errands will be required as well. (Auto required; mileage will be paid)

Part/Full-Time Opportunities:

Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable Assistant
Assist the accounting department with all duties, including auditing, data entry, and collections.

Operations/Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities include assisting in the sales and marketing department, as well as following through with customer service requests and administrative duties.  This individual has a great opportunity to move into higher positions at Preferred Corporate Suites with hard work and experience.

Leasing/Marketing Assistant
Spend time working with our marketing and leasing staff.  Duties include following through with customer service requests and helping with marketing and sales to current and potential clients.
